Introduction

Ember Syndicate uses a Customized version of RoundCube for our webmail viewer, this is a fully functional email viewer that allows you to view, manage send, and read your emails sent to you using your custom domains email. Because documentation for this program is heavily supported via RoundCube, we will provide a link to the main documentation for users. The domain for viewing your webmail is https://webmail.embersyndicate.com

Logging In


Ember Mail is pre configured to access any email address you create in your Plesk web panel, accessible from your main account page. The login will always be the full email <example@yourdomain.com> and the password will be the one created in PLESK when you create the email. with the exception of the ones pre created by your account manager.

the logins for pre created accounts will be given by the account manager in your welcome mail.
